Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Evaluation is a free trial version, so you need to convert your copy into a retail version.
Open the command prompt as an administrator by right-clicking the CMD icon and selecting "Run as administrator." Then, run the following command (Paste the command below directly into CMD to avoid any typos or other mistakes)
 
DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:W3GGN-FT8W3-Y4M27-J84CP-Q3VJ9 /AcceptEula
 
Your PC will go through the image conversion process and then restart.
After restarting your PC, navigate to Settings > Activation > Change Product Key and enter the code you purchased from us to activate Windows.
